Have stic, will glue...

Well, I finally hunted down my long lost glue stic. The best one on the market for altered books, and now I know why my instructor told me that. I tried another couple of stics over the weekend, and they just don't do the trick. Some hold pages really good, but make the pages so crinkly, it's hard to work with them. Some of the other ones don't crinkle pages, but they don't stick either. 'Stic with the best'. My lesson on this one is to not pave a road that has been paved before. No sense re-invented that tire. Now that I have a bunch of my pages ripped, folded, and tore out - I think I'm ready for some permanentness in my life. I just hope my fingers don't stic together.
