I survived!
I had a blast at the RPAC auction last night. There was a lot of silent bidding going on and then the auctioneer takes the stage for the big ticket items. We raised a lot of money and some of the stuff that people donated were great. There were vacation stays, golfing outings, basketball/football tickets, art, jewelry, antiques, gift baskets, and all kinds of stuff. The food and drink was great too. They had these fabulous coconut shrimp that looked to good to eat. (I didn't eat any, I promise!) I left earlier than some (don't drink too much anymore) and am glad to say I did - because I was tired this morning! I don't realise my age until I stay out later than normal. I'll have to get a picture taken of my new art (I picked it up for $1) for you sometime. I like boats and I love the color orange. Kind of vintage too. (I couldn't go wrong with the piece). I brought it in and my boss says, "that belongs in a cheap hotel". (Boys!)
